Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for operating the Frank system's CNC gantry milling machine and completing various metal workpiece processing tasks;
2. Adhere to operating procedures to ensure production safety and processing quality;
3. Perform daily maintenance and upkeep of the equipment used;

Job requirements:
1. Familiar with the operation method and related technical parameters of Frank system CNC gantry milling;
2. Strong mechanical drawing recognition ability, able to independently read and accurately execute engineering drawings;
3. Have good safety production awareness and be able to strictly follow operating procedures for operations;
4. Have some experience in equipment maintenance and upkeep;

Job Responsibilities:
1. Independently operate FB160 CNC boring machine (Siemens 828D system), complete programming, machining, and daily equipment maintenance;
2. Proficient in SINUMERIK 828D user interface (such as ShopMill/Shopturn), proficient in writing/optimizing G-code, M-code, and macro programs;
3. Debugging parameters for the S120 servo drive system to ensure machining accuracy (such as positioning accuracy ≤ 0.005mm);
4. Diagnose and handle common faults of Siemens 828D system alarms and s120 drivers (such as overload, encoder abnormalities, etc.);
5. Regularly inspect tool wear, develop a tool replacement plan, and ensure machining quality;
6. Cooperate with the process team to optimize cutting parameters (such as speed and feed rate), improve machining efficiency and tool life.

Job requirements:
1. More than 3 years of experience in CNC boring machines, with at least 1 year of practical experience in Siemens 828d systems (machining cases required);
2. Familiar with debugging and maintenance of s120 servo drive, master the basic operation of Sinamicsv20/V90;
3. Proficient in using uG/nx or powermill (those with five axis machining modules are preferred), able to adapt to Siemens post-processing;
4. Priority is given to holding Siemens 828D system certification or SINUMERIK technical training certificate;
5. Experience in high-precision machining fields such as aerospace and automotive molds is preferred.
